My Story

I'm a multidisciplinary artist delving into the complexities of the human experience through my photography and collage art. My work aims to evoke a profound connection to both the sacred and the profane, weaving together elements of goth, renaissance, psychedelic, and surreal imagery.

Symbolic and enlightening fairy tales

Artist

My art is a visually captivating and intellectually stirring journey into the dualities within the human soul, oscillating between the angelic and demonic realms. It's a conscious exploration of the unconscious.

For me, beauty transcends mere superficial adornment and fleeting fantasies; it is a unique quality that emerges when the physical world intertwines with the spiritual.

I am a witness, in pursuit of beauty and freedom.

Creative process is a magic ritual

A shoot, for me, is a descent. I go looking for what the person usually keeps hidden and try to photograph that instead of the face. What I'm after is something unfiltered and a little untamed, closer to a dream than a portrait.

Photographs and collages where the sacred meets the profane.

I work in the language of myth: gothic and Renaissance imagery, run through something darker and stranger. The body as a way into the psyche.

Muse

Twenty years ago, I embarked on my photographic journey, starting with self-portraits. To this day, it remains a distinctive tool, allowing me to construct the puzzle of my art using the canvas of my mind, body, and the currents of my heart. Being my own muse isn’t about self-absorption; it’s a testament to absolute artistic honesty and the intimate, dance with the raw, unspoken aspects of who I am.

My creativity is essentially a self-portrait.

Art Direction

My background is in cultural studies and the history of religion, and that's the lens I bring to a set. Before anything is built, there's a logic to it: what the symbols mean, why a colour or a posture carries weight, what the image is actually about underneath the surface.

From there it becomes practical. I develop the concept, design and build the set, cast and direct the people in front of the camera, and hold the whole production together as it scales, from a single portrait to a large project with a full team. I'm comfortable leading that team and keeping a coherent vision intact across every part of it.

The aim is always the same: nothing decorative for its own sake. Every element earns its place.

Academically refined beauty, where form serves the essence.
